Jude Rabig, RN, PhD.
Jude is a nurse and gerontologist with a deep understanding of the organizational change process and its application to long term care. She has assisted over twenty organizations to create plans for small homes in their organizations. Jude was the first Director of the National Green House ® Project, one of the initial small house models. She was responsible for guiding the Methodist Senior Services organization in Tupelo, Mississippi through the implementation of its pilot project. Don Rabig, B.S.
Don Rabig is an experienced educator and trainer who has worked with organizations to successfully implement staff changes which empower and lead to greater satisfaction. His work also focuses on the use of innovative tools to assess the dynamics of the interaction of elders and their environment.

Ellen Bartoldus, BA, LMSW
Ellen is a licensed nursing home administrator and an experienced social worker with a long professional history working with both community based and residential long term care organizations. She served as a project guide with the National Green House Project, and helped to open the Green House in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Caroline Bolas, MSc
Caroline is an experienced and enthusiastic facilitator and trainer with over 13 years expertise in designing and delivering innovative leadership, organizational development and personal effectiveness interventions. She has a background in psychology and social work which provides invaluable insights into individual and organizational behavior. Other key strengths include excellent interpersonal, project management and presentation skills.
