The small house movement pioneer.
Our Collaborative Approach
Rabig Consulting offers a collaborative, strength-based approach to strategic change and culture transformation. We draw on the strengths and values of an organization in order to implement its change agenda and achieve its goals. While we have expertise in person centered care, neighborhoods and small houses we do not support a single model of construction or care. We believe that because each organization is unique each change process must be designed for that organization in partnership with that organization. The process involves helping you to clearly define the outcomes you desire, collaboratively creating a plan for change and then supporting you as you move towards your goal.
