Project Description

The Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home in Tyler, Texas, was created and operated exclusively for Texas veterans, their spouses and Gold Star parents. It opened in 2012 to provide ten 10 elder small houses including 2 houses dedicated to Alzheimer’s residents.

Operated by Touchstone Communities, it is the first Veterans Home in Texas to implement the small house model.
